Spindle sleeves to accommodate bigger bearing/hub

Good afternoon,

I've tried to do some research but cant seem to find an answer.The car in question is a BMW E30. I'd like to install a spindle sleeve kit from a reputable overseas manufacturer that allows the fitting of a bigger hub. Reasoning is to change PCD and brake options.

Is this kind of setup certifiable in NZ?

Yes it can be certified but it obviously needs to be a quality product and fit.

Also you will be asked produce the specs of the materials of each component. Ideally you would get those from the manufacturer and discuss with your certifier to make sure each component is appropriate before purchase.
