Hi, I've cleared up most of the issues I've been running intowithmy project but here's another question for you: From another thread (Toyota surf body swap) "3) The chassis donor vehicle needs to have a live registration, but it can be on hold. You should have proof of identity and ownership for the new body, but it doesn't need to be live. Don't remove any identity tags, the TSDA will do that if necessary." So I have the ownership and reg on hold for my chassis, and have the reg and ownership for the body But I want to sell the chassis that my body was originally on. Which would mean changing ownership. So would I run into problems with trying to cert a body that I no longer hold ownership of? Or is it enough to have owned it in the past? Thanks for providing a really useful service. Cheers, Andrew.

Hi Andrew
These are all issues which you need to discuss with a TSDA (at a testing station). They are responsible for vehicle ownership and details which are loaded into the LANDATA computer system, which holds the details of all vehicles on the road.
Sorry I can't be of more help on this one!
Cheers, Justin
