hey there i have (bride) fixed back bucket seats in my r33, is it ok to use these with the standard seat belts? have been told several different things?

Not in that situation, for a few reasons: 1. It is an interior impact hazard to rear seat passengers; the back seats would have to be removed and it changed to a 2 seater. 2. Harness belts are not allowed in a monocoque car unless it is a motorsport vehicle; this bar would not pass scrutineering. 3. The bar arrangement does not meet the dimensional requirements for a seatbelt support frame, though you may be able to justify it by calculation or test.
