Hi, If you have used a heli coil in the hub I assume wheel bolts were initially used and you are inserting new wheel studs into the hub (which wind in from the front). We would not recommend the heli coil was used in this situation. Perhaps you could drill out the hub and insert wheel studs that are pressed in from behind the hub. This type of stud has a mushroom on the back of it which ensures it cannot pull through the hub. Regarding the seat belt - This type of seat is designed for use with a harness belt, not a 3 point lap and diagonal. When high sided seats are used with 3 point seat belts they often don't fit well, and in some circumstances cannot be LVV certified. In your case the buckle should be raised and passed through the hole so it locates just inside the seat, this could be achieved easily by using an extension strap at the anchorage end. I would also undo the lower seat belt anchorage on the right hand pillar and pass the belt though the hole on the right hand side of the seat and then re-secure it. This will ensure the belt fits snugly on the driver and performs as intended in the event of a crash.
