Ive had these from quite some time on the project car and ive noticed some machining issues. I personlay feel that this isnt going to cut the mustard but would like some input in how others feel. This pic Shows a 4x114 - 5x114 adaptor. We all know the iusse of requiring 1 longer wheel stud which isnt the problem, But what we see here.

Good morning,
We wouldn't be happy with that wheel adaptor either.
Perhaps use it as a heavy and not particularly aerodynamic Frisbee (or a kite?), or make some further modifications and turn it into an ash tray?
Also if that's an alloy wheel nut peeking into frame towards the upper left, that would fail too.

Thanks for confirming what expected. The nuts were a temp thing, had all the right gear and longer studs for it but didn't want to continue if it wasn't going to pass.

Afternoon, Been sometime looking into this. Need to know if its a venture worth chasing.
Are any 4x114 - 5x115 Adapters certifiable ? Some new ones are on the market that are much higher quality and better machining

Do these other ones you mention still have clearance issues between the original wheel stud, and the adaptor stud? If they do, then I would have to suspect that they would be in the same situation as the ones you've pictured above. Insufficient material present.
