hi, can a 3 link rear end be cert for street use and can it use metric helm joints with Teflon liners or are I better using bushes thanks mark.

What was the original suspension set up?

hi, car 1970 mgb-gt custom coil over with tubular A arms front end , small bock ford with alloy heads, water pump, inlet manifold , motor weighs 60 lb more than original motor. super t10 gearbox , narrowed au falcon diff , wildwood brakes and pedal box. all work so far has been done to lvvta using the lvvta manual, the original rear end was leaf springs thanks mark

my mgb-gt with we are doing a small block ford conversion on, is a parallel 4 bar rear end with coil over shocks to replace leaf spring rear all done to lvvta using the lvvta manual going be be alright for street use thanks markie

Hi Mark, Shouldn't be a problem with the parallel four bar. Please contact your certifier, you'll find our certifier list at www.lvvta.org.nz/contact.html#certifierI've merged your two threads together, otherwise we've got answers scattered everywhere.
