I have purchased a bull bar for a gen2 Pajero non airbag model. Have since decovered a couple of issues.
It was custom designed for fitting to a vehicle with a 2” body lift.
It is mounted to main chassis rail via pre-existing Chassis rail (crush tube) holes , but requires the removal of the Factory bumper bar brackets.

Sounds like you've bought a custom bull-bar that was not made for your vehicle. What sort of LVV certification technical advice can I help with?

LAdvice needed about modifying vehicle to fit the bar. 1/ Doing a 2” body lift ..... cert needed. 2/ advice about removing factory bumper mounts Off front of chassis, is removing a bracket deemed a chassis Modification needing a certification. FYI vehicle is 93’ none airbag model not subject To frontal impact standards.
