In my mk2 escort I'm wanting to keep the battery out of the boot and engine bay for to save space. the factory fuel tank is in the boot.
I'm using a Fullriver HC20 AGM battery. Can I put the battery under one of the front seats, without being in a fully sealed box?.
There's plenty of room under there and the seat doesn't hit the battery at all. Also which was should I face the terminals? Is it best to have the terminals easily accessible or should the not face anywhere that they can be hit?
Cheers

Cheers Hi Ryan An AGM battery can be fitted inside the occupant space without a battery box, and as for placement, that is up to you, as long as it is securely mounted and not able to have the terminals bridged, it should be fine.
