Hi there, Im after some clarification of the Global West Steering system for Impala’s 1959- 64. Are these certifiable in New Zealand they look like a good bit of kit.

Hi Chris, is the no can do to the two peice drag link a new admendment or has it all ways been a lvvta rule? if so are early ridetech truturn drag link plates not ok allso? regards

It is not a new amendment. I would need more detail on the Truturn plates to answer your second question accurately. But if it is a 2 piece drag link then it would not be acceptable. Regards Chris

currently know of a car that is certed for a two peice link which was approved by lvvta , planing on a exact copy , this shouldnt be a problem if one has been passed allready?
